Meet our Founder/CEO
Christopher M. Houston
Christopher M. Houston, is a published author, nonprofit founder, and former chaplain known for his compassionate leadership and community-centered vision. For over 20 years, he served in clinical and correctional chaplaincy, helping individuals and families navigate life’s most challenging transitions with hope and dignity.
He spent the latter part of his career as the National Faith-Based Reentry Coordinator for the Federal Bureau of Prisons in Washington, D.C., where he supported reentry programming for 121 federal prisons and led the development of the nationwide Community Reentry Network (CRN). Earlier in his career, he served as Chaplain and Department Head for Religious Services at the C.A. Dillon Youth Development Center and completed Chaplain Residency at Duke University Medical Center.
Christopher also founded Bridge of Life Ministries and Bridge of Life Community Fellowship alongside his wife, Jacqueline. Married for over 28 years and parents to four young adults, they have worked side by side to build bridges of reconciliation, healing, and faith. Guided by the belief that transformation begins with love, Christopher continues to inspire others to reach, reconcile, and restore.

This division is responsible for leadership and professional development training. Services include speaker engagements, workshop facilitation, and capacity building for leaders in various sectors including government, nonprofit, and community.
THE WELL COACHING
STR8PATH joins forces with The Well to provide comprehensive life, faith, and professional coaching services.
